Terms of Service
Welcome to Gas Rush Miami (the “Game”), a free browser game by Puntivo Games, a business of Homeshopie LLC (“Puntivo Games”, “we”, “us”). By playing the Game or using its online features you agree to these simple terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Playing the Game
The Game is free for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You can play without an account. Some features (leaderboards) use a guest account or, optionally, “Sign in with Google”. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Fair play
- Play the Game as it is intended. Do not cheat, use bots, scripts, memory/network tampering, exploits or modified clients to change your score, rank or the leaderboard.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer for abuse, or try to break into the Game, its API or its servers.
- Do not create many accounts to manipulate rankings.
We may reject, hide or remove scores that look impossible or tampered with, and may restrict accounts that break these rules.
3. Usernames and leaderboard
Your username and scores are public on the leaderboard and on score cards you share. Choose a name that is respectful. Names that are hateful, sexual, harassing, impersonate other people or Puntivo Games, contain personal information, or are otherwise offensive are not allowed. We may change, remove or reserve usernames, and remove scores or ban accounts, at our discretion to keep the Game friendly and fair. Leaderboards may be reset (for example weekly boards) or cleared at any time.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your guest or Google-linked account on your device. You can stop using the Game at any time. To have your online data deleted, follow the steps in the Privacy Policy.
5. Our content and intellectual property
The Game, its code, design, name “Gas Rush Miami”, the Puntivo Games name and “P” badge, generated music and graphics are owned by or licensed to Puntivo Games and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party assets are used under their own licences and credited on the Game’s Credits page. You may play and share screenshots, score cards and videos of the Game, including on social media, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the Game or its assets, or use our name or badge in a way that suggests we endorse you. Vehicles and places in the Game are fictional and not affiliated with any real brand.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, progress or accounts will never be lost. Browser games can behave differently across devices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Puntivo Games and Homeshopie LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores, progress or profits arising from your use of the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Third-party services and advertising
The Game relies on services such as Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (optional sign-in). Their own terms apply to their services. If we add advertising in the future, ads and ad providers will be covered in the Privacy Policy before launch.
9. Changes and ending access
We may change, suspend or end the Game or any feature, and update these terms, at any time. The date above shows the current version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Homeshopie LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
